  • 1-on-1 Session: During a 60-minute session with a strengths coach, the participant will fully understand their report and the relationships between their talents.

Step 2: Team Integration (Workshop)

  • Joint Workshop (4-6h): We meet for an intensive, interactive workshop where individual talents merge into team strength.
  • Practice: We work on real challenges, create a 'team talent map,' and learn how to leverage your differences.
